OSC to Host 2007 National Championships

Welcome to the Ottawa Speedskating Club. We are an inline skating club, training for both track and marathon races, with members aged 9 to masters. We offer a two-part technique/fitness-based program with a focus on training and bringing youth into the sport of inline track racing. The first half of the season we focus on training for the Provincial and National Inline Championships. Local meets and races are used as training tools. The second part of the season will be an 8-week base-building program in preparation for the fall ice season and/or inline fall marathon race season.
